Using the catalog
By reading pages or submitting a form you agree to use this host as an informational catalog. Listings describe files. They do not sell a Nintendo license, create an eShop receipt, or grant rights in any game, trademark, or firmware.
Stay on this host for Get NSP / Get XCI. Those buttons appear only when a first-party dump is stored for that card. A listing without a button is still a listing. Do not treat a missing file as a defect you are entitled to have filled.
Not a store
There is no cart, no paid SKU, and no “buy” flow. Counts in the footer are catalog tallies, not stock. Stars and comments, when shown, are visitor marks — not product reviews you can rely on for a purchase you cannot make here.
Lawful backup
File copy on this site is written for a lawful backup or research workflow. It is not a license to obtain software you do not have a right to hold. You are responsible for whether a given file is lawful for you. See Disclaimer if you need the short version of what this site is not.
Files and listings as-is
Metadata can be incomplete. Empty verified fields are omitted on purpose. Compatibility with any firmware, installer, or hardware is not promised. Checksums, when printed, are the stored values for that row — compare them yourself. Files are not claimed to be malware-free or “official.”
We may correct, hide, or remove a listing without notice, including after a copyright complaint. A removed URL is not a public log of why it vanished.
Ticket and issue forms
Use Open a Ticket for a title that is not in the catalog. Use Report an Issue for a broken card that already exists. Search first. One title per ticket. Do not paste malware, payment data, or dumps of other people’s mailboxes into the notes field.
Abuse of the forms — floods, repeated duplicates, honeypot bait, or using the issue form as a second ticket queue — can be dropped by the rate limiter or ignored. Five accepted submits per form type per hour from one address is the cap in code. There is still no promised reply and no promise that a requested title will be added.
Comments and ratings
When those controls are shown on a game page, do not use them to post personal data about other people, malware links, or a fake “official Nintendo” statement. Guest comments are moderated. A rejected comment is not a debate we owe you in public.
Automated use
Ordinary browsers and good-faith crawlers that honor robots.txt are expected. Do not hammer ticket, issue, comment, or rating endpoints. Those paths are rate-limited on purpose. Search and filter URLs are not an API we document.
Trademarks
Nintendo, Nintendo Switch, and game names are used to identify listings. romsns.xyz does not claim those marks. This catalog is not an official Nintendo site and is not an authorized distributor. Read Disclaimer and DMCA for the matching statements.
Changes
These terms change by editing this page. The live URL is the current text. We do not run a mailed “30-day notice” program because this site has no account list to mail.
