Where to write
Send notices to [email protected]. Put a clear subject such as “Copyright notice — /switch/example/”. Do not use the public ticket form for a takedown: that queue is for missing titles, not rights claims.
Markup on this site uses the organization name romsns.xyz. This page does not invent a company registration, a street address, or a “registered DMCA agent” filing that is not in the site-pack.
What to attach
A usable notice is specific. Include all of the following so the listing can be found without guessing:
- The exact public URL of the listing or file gate, preferably https://romsns.xyz/switch/{slug}/.
- The work you claim: official title, and Title ID if you have it.
- Your contact name, organization if any, email, and a phone number if you use one.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are authorized to act — made under penalty of perjury if you are sending a formal US notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is enough if that is how you sign mail).
Screenshots help only when the URL is also in the mail. A demand that we “remove all Nintendo games” without URLs is not a listing we can act on.
What we do with a notice
We read mail sent to that address. A complete notice can lead to the listing being unpublished or the Get gate being disabled. There is no public docket and no promised clock. This paragraph is not a claim that the host is a qualifying 17 U.S.C. § 512 service provider or that a designated-agent filing exists.
If you think a removal was wrong
Write to the same mailbox with the listing URL and why you believe the notice was mistaken. There is no automated restore and no promised republication. Do not reopen the argument through the issue form.
What not to send
Do not attach ROM, NSP, or XCI files to the mail. Do not send account passwords, payment cards, or a spreadsheet of every title in the catalog. The ticket and issue forms are not a second copyright inbox: a takedown sent there can be treated as ordinary catalog mail and ignored for this purpose.
